Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled products in their original condition.

 

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must not be installed or used  

- Products must be in original condition (no excessive rusting beyond normal exposure)  

- All original packaging must be included  

 

Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or made-to-order products  

- Bulk or contractor orders (unless approved in writing)  

- Installed or used edging  

 

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable  

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns  

 

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

- The product  

- Packaging  

- Shipping label  

 

We will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Note on Corten Steel

Our products are made from corten (weathering) steel, which is designed to develop a natural rust patina over time. Variations in color and finish are normal and are not considered defects.
