When will my order arrive?

​

Standard edging and stakes: current store guidance is 1–2 weeks for processing, followed by approximately 5–7 business days in transit. Allow roughly 2–3 weeks overall. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

​

Sheet, plate and custom fabrication: availability, preparation time and freight are confirmed for your specific order in your quote. Do not apply the standard edging estimate to a custom or material order.

​

For a deadline, contact us before placing your order. Include your required arrival date and postal code so we can confirm what is possible.

How is shipping priced?

​

For online store orders, review the shipping charge and available delivery options at checkout. Cost depends on the products, quantity, weight and destination. For sheet, plate, oversized or custom orders, request a freight quote.

​

To quote delivery accurately, provide your postal code, city, business or residential address, contact number, and any access restrictions. Tell us whether a forklift or loading dock is available and whether liftgate service is needed. We will confirm the delivery arrangement before dispatch.

Ontario pickup

​

Local pickup is available by arrangement at 4625 Bartlett Road, Unit 4, Beamsville, Ontario L3J 0Z2. Contact us to confirm order readiness, pickup timing and loading requirements before travelling.

Packaging and receiving

​

Depending on size and weight, an order may ship by parcel courier, freight carrier or palletized shipment. Tracking information is provided when available.

​

Inspect your shipment when it arrives. Photograph visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it.

Before you order edging

​

Stakes are sold separately. Choose stakes that match your edging height and gauge. Raw Corten steel arrives unweathered and develops its patina outdoors. Confirm exact dimensions and installed coverage when planning cuts and joints.
